Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. If you wish to return your order, please email us at lashedbar@gmail.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message.

***Due to health regulations Lashed is unable to return or exchange LIQUID LIPSTICK products.

Items purchased from lashedbar.co, must be returned to Lashed Bar, P.O. Box 13511, Atlanta, GA. 30324 lashedbar.co, can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for items purchased from lashedbar.co and can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.

In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return. lashedbar.co will waive the standard USPS ground shipping cost for sending the new items to you. lashedbar.co Customer Service Representative will contact you to process a refund, return or exchange upon receipt of the returned items, if necessary. Processing Time and Shipping

Due to an increasing number of FRAUDULENT orders Lashed handling time (the time it will take our staff to process an order) is 5 to 7 business days (excluding USPS processing and delivery time). Lashed system includes a verification check on each order. To reduce the processing time for your order make sure the billing name and address is the same with the card service. Unverified orders will be canceled and fully refunded back to the card holder with a email notification. Lashed have 2 distribution offices, California and Georgia. All eyelashes are shipped from Georgia and all other products are shipped from California. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. Please allow 4-7 business days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time. Once the package(s) has left our distribution office (California and/or Georgia), received by the post office, and a tracking number has been emailed we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.

We ship worldwide for $25.00 using USPS First Class International. Customer will be responsible for exchange rate, duties, and taxes according to their country. International orders may be subjected to customs delays. Once your package cross US borders, the USPS tracking may not give complete tracking information. Use the same international tracking number and track your package through your local postal service. If the tracking information indicates your package passed customs inspection and have not been delivered to your door, you will have to physically claim your package at your local post office. Your local postal service will return any unclaim packages back to the USA.
